Annmarie Curley, PMP
Annmarie Curley is a senior project management consultant with over 20 years Information Technology experience. She has extensive experience managing global teams and complex projects across financial, healthcare, Higher Education, and IT consulting services sectors. With hands-on experience of the full software development lifecycle, Annmarie promotes smart and effective use of process improvement, project management and software lifecycle methodologies and tools to ensure continuous improvement and best practices. She has a track record of focusing on high risk areas of a project or program, realigning projects that need rescuing, and delivering improved processes and technical solutions that result in tangible business value.
Annmarie founded Newgrange IT Consulting LLC in 2010 to help organizations succeed through effective strategy, planning, and project execution services. She has demonstrated experience assisting clients with strategic IT planning, project management, project risk analysis, business process improvement, business analysis, team leadership, organizational change management, project management best practices, and software development process improvement.
Originally from Ireland, Annmarie moved to Vermont in 2006 after spending 10 years in New York City. She enjoys all the outdoors activities that Vermont has to offer and can be found on the ski slopes with her family in the winter, and hiking or spending time on the lake in the warmer weather!
Annmarie has a BSc in Applied Computing from University of Ulster, Ireland.
Catherine Hamilton Ph.D.

Dr. Hamilton has worked in health care policy, management, finance and administration for 25 years in a variety of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. Her areas of expertise are in strategic planning, health care finance, health care reform policy and programs to expand health insurance coverage. Dr. Hamilton oversees strategic planning, health care reform, Medicare and individual markets and customer service for Vermont’s largest health insurance plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. Prior to her position at BCBSVT, she worked as a regulator of health plans at the Mayor’s Office of Medicaid Managed Care in New York City. She is a part-time lecturer at UVM of Health Care Management and Strategic Planning in Health Care and serves as the Director of the Health Care Management Program.
Kathy Letendre
Kathy Letendre is the President of Letendre & Associates where she advises organizations and leaders to create their excellence advantage. As an experienced healthcare executive and champion of transformational improvement, Kathy shares her expertise with leaders, helping them achieve unprecedented levels of excellence for themselves and their organization.
Prior to her consulting role, Kathy worked as Vice President of Planning and Organizational Excellence for Rutland Regional Medical Center. She led the organization’s transformative “journey to excellence,” which resulted in the Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence and Magnet designation for excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Earlier in her career, Kathy was a consultant in Ernst & Young’s Healthcare Performance Improvement Group.
Kathy has a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a B.S. in engineering from Duke University. She completed a Management Fellowship at Mercy Health Services.
In addition, she is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and served on the Board of Directors of the Vermont Council for Quality. She presents at professional conferences on topics including organizational transformation, integrated management systems for performance excellence, strategic planning and customer relationship management. She has been recognized with an Award in Excellence from Rutland Regional Medical Center and as Ambassador of the Year from the Vermont Council for Quality.
Shelly Masson
Shelly Masson, MBA, SPHR, is excited to share her many years of experience in positive organizational development and transformative leadership. Over the last 25+ years, Shelly has had the opportunity to hold various positions in Higher Education, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Shelly currently serves as the Director of People and Culture in the Construction industry at Vermont Mechanical, Inc. Shelly is also the Founder and Chief ‘Energy’ Officer of Birch Tree Leadership where she consults and coaches individuals, teams and organizations to bring about strengths-based growth and positive change. A favorite quote from Dr. Brene Brown is “Who we are is how we lead” and that serves as the basis for all coaching and training that Shelly does. She enjoys working most with emerging leaders and people who want to make a difference or show up differently. Shelly has been facilitating experiential trainings and workshops for many years, enjoys creating ‘aha’ moments and believes in the power of play at work. Shelly is an adjunct faculty member at Champlain College teaching in the Positive Organizational Development program and she serves as a Council of Practice member for the David Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College. Shelly has her MBA from Bryant University, a Senior Professional Human Resources designation and is certified in numerous personality and strengths based assessments.
Markey Read, M.S.

She has 25+ years of experience in coaching, training, developing, and implementing dynamic leadership teams with attention to leadership succession, emerging leaders, and team dynamics. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, facilitator, and trainer in the US and UK and she has successfully facilitated entrepreneurial companies, non-profits, government agencies, and international corporations in transforming their organizational cultures into high performing and dynamic companies.
Markey is the author of Leadership Styles, Acting on Informed Decisions; Launching & Growing Your Entrepreneurial Dream; and Charting the Course & Landing the Job. She is Certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FlexTalk, and Emotional Intelligence. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Group Dynamics from University of Vermont.
