Everyone will benefit from learning about the food system and the interconnectedness of food, health, society, and the environment. Through the inter-disciplinary study of food systems you’ll learn important aspects of economics, health, agriculture, finance, systems thinking, math, ecology, business, environmental studies, complex systems, sustainability, etc.
