Vtrim is a research-based online weight management program that turns your motivation into measurable results. It helps you understand, de-code and repackage your attitudes and behaviors about eating and exercise in a way that makes common sense. It’s not just about the foods you choose, it’s about recognizing your personal habits and learning new behaviors that keep you in charge.
Vtrim for Undergrads and Vtrim for the Community are both one-credit courses based on the University’s behavioral weight management research with proven results. Vtrim for Undergrads is online course is open to all undergraduate students who want not only to lose weight, but to begin living a healthier, more active lifestyle. Students meet online once a week via a chat room, journal daily calorie intake plus exercise and gain support from a group of peers and a certified facilitator. This class is NOT held in Blackboard.
Vtrim for the Community meets in person once a week and is open to all non-degree students.
