Doula Team Lead: End-of-Life Doula (EoLD) Professional Certificates

The Doula Team Lead will be a key member of the End-of-Life Doula team at UVM PACE. This role will be the main contact for EoLD instructors, help recruit students to this program and provide connection for our alumni. 

Required qualifications:  

  • Experience in compassionate care within the field of end-of-life care, palliative care, and/or hospice. Graduate of UVM’s EOLD course, or willing to take UVM’s EoLD course. 
  • Curriculum Oversight & Improvement – Ability to evaluate, update, and improve curriculum based on industry trends and instructor/student feedback. 
  • Student & Alumni Engagement – Experience managing student inquiries, recruiting ambassadors, overseeing alumni groups, and hosting virtual support meetings. 
  • Instructor Recruitment & Supervision – Ability to identify, onboard, and support instructors while managing ongoing communication and scheduling. 
  • Marketing & Outreach Collaboration – Strong communication skills to assist with marketing efforts, including reviewing content, hosting webinars, and engaging prospective students. 
  • Organizational & Administrative Skills – Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including program scheduling, scholarship reviews, and regular reporting. 
  • Communication skills: Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Time Commitment: 10 hours/week from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 

Salary: $21,424 for one-year contract 

Temporary employees are not eligible for University benefits, paid holidays or paid time off.
