APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MS IN COMMUNICATION SCIENCE (SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY) PREREQUISITE TRACK
In order to be considered for admission into the program, please read and carefully follow the instructions below. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications or application materials received after the deadline date may not be guaranteed placement. A complete application consists of two parts: the online application form and a packet containing your official transcript(s).
October 1—Spring Term February 1—Summer Term
April 15—Fall Term
STEP ONE: Complete the online application form.
STEP TWO: Mail your official transcript(s). Official, sealed transcripts for any and all undergraduate and graduate work completed or in progress. You need to provide an official transcript for any college level work you have completed or attempted. This includes all transfer, international and study abroad credit. Transcripts should be issued to you (the applicant) and then mailed to us in the original, sealed envelope. We will also accept electronic transcripts as long as they come directly from the issuing college or university. Please ask them to note: SLP Masters Prerequisite Program in the subject line. They should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you have submitted the online application form, you will need to mail in your official transcript(s) in one packet, addressed to:
