  • Develop coordinated recruitment plans, including digital marketing campaigns and lead-nurture workflows
  • Provide centralized admissions processing for credit and non-credit programs
  • Deliver regular enrollment reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to inform decision-making

Program Development & Launch

  • Partner with academic units to assess market demand and feasibility for new offerings
  • Manage end-to-end launch processes, including approvals, timelines, and cross-campus coordination
  • Support design and implementation of online graduate degrees, non-credit programs, and short-form credential programs

Student Support

  • Offer proactive advising and concierge-style assistance tailored to adult, professional, and non-traditional learners
  • Manage registration, billing navigation, and onboarding for non-degree and degree-seeking students
  • Monitor retention indicators and deploy outreach strategies to support persistence and completion

Faculty & Course Support

  • Administer faculty contracts, onboarding, and payroll for PACE-affiliated instructors
  • Provide instructional design consultation, online course development, and teaching resources
  • Coordinate course scheduling, section management, and instructional logistics

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Build customized budget models, cost analyses, and revenue-share frameworks for new and existing programs
  • Track financial performance and provide transparent forecasting and multi-year projections
  • Offer regular program-level financial reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions

Marketing & Communications

  • Create integrated campaigns across web, email, social, and paid channels to elevate program visibility
  • Develop and manage program-specific marketing materials, landing pages, and copywriting
  • Promote Summer University, events, and continuing education initiatives through targeted outreach
