Lionel Beasley holds a master’s degree in English from UVM and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing with a concentration in fiction from the University of Michigan. Lionel has been a lecturer with the UVM Department of English for the last two years. Previously, Lionel was a lecturer in the Core Division of Champlain College for eight years.
Lionel has had creative work published with The Offing and an essay in the anthology Jan 20, 2009. He has contributed over 30 essays and question sets to Reading Plus, a program that employs technology to build reading skills.
