Felicia assumed the role of Program Director with Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports in late 2024 after being Program Manager since the summer of 2022. Prior to that, she was the Program Coordinator for Sugarbush and Central Vermont programs for four years. She holds a Master’s in Therapeutic Recreation Administration from UNH as well as a Bachelor’s in Recreation Management & Policy. Prior to completing her master’s degree, she interned with the Adaptive Sports Center in Crested Butte, Colorado. Her areas of expertise include adaptive sports & recreation, youth programming, camp programming, event planning, mountain biking and snowboarding. She is accomplished in a wide range of adaptive sports and recreation areas leading to her many certs through BICP, AASI, PSIA, ACA, etc. In 2024, she received the Rising Star Award through Vermont Business Magazine.
