Examination and analysis of contemporary issues and trends in sports management, physical education and athletics. Prerequisite: Minimum Sophomore standing.

Section Description
This course is a survey course looking at the many facets of sports management. It seeks to introduce students to the industry, key concepts, as well as opportunities for careers in the industry.
Section Expectation
Students are expected to attend class, be actively engaged in discussions, and participate in group work
Evaluation
Students will have weekly homework assignments as well as 3 major projects throughout the semester.
