Section Description
Clinical Practicum: Immunohematology is a 3 credit course, requires the student to be in the laboratory for 36 to 40 hours per week, and designed to provide a variety of experiences for the student in the Blood Bank Laboratory. Upon completion of MLS 3492, the student will gain a strong understanding of the instruments and procedures, develop technical and organizational skills, and meet the required expectations for an entry level Medical Laboratory Scientist needed to successfully complete a routine workload and solve problems that occur during a routine workday in the Blood Bank Laboratory.
