On-site supervised work experience combined with a structured academic learning plan directed by a faculty member or a faculty-staff team in which a faculty member is the instructor of record, for which academic credit is awarded. Offered at department discretion. Prerequisite: Department permission.

Section Description
This course will increase and refine the student's pre-professional experience in the field of nutrition with supervised work experience combined with structured experiential learning and reflection.
Section Expectation
Complete 40 hours of internship hours, final evaluation, summary presentation.
