Provides knowledge and skill in conducting quantitative research studies for education and social services. Students apply social science research methods in a laboratory setting and produce a model study. Prerequisites: EDRM 6300.

Quantitative 1 Research Methods is a course that offers an introduction to probability, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis

the relationship between theory and methods, the meaning behind the numbers, and telling stories based on the evidence
