Section Description
Using a case-based approach, this course will evaluate current public health topics. Each topic will be analyzed through both a systems-thinking approach and a One Health lens to assess how the health of humans, animals and the environment all have an impact on the specific case under investigation. There is one required text: Prata J, Ribeiro A, Rocha-Santos T. One Health: Integrated Approach to 21st Century Challenges to Health. Academic Press; 2022.
