Section Description
This course is the second in the Food Systems Seminar Series and is designed to refine the ability of students to critically address academic research in the field as well as provide professional development so that students can be adequately prepared for their field of work. This course will consist of a series of guest lectures, applied exercises in class, graded assignments, and an elevator speech presentation.
