For Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching students interested in taking the NBHWC exam and preparing for a career as a Health & Wellness Coach. Students will prepare for the national exam and entry into the workforce, and will hear from health coaches and other professionals how health coaching is included in their work. Prerequisite: HLTH 3860.

Section Description
For Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching students interested in taking the national certification exam to become NBC-HWC and begin a career as a Health & Wellness Coach. Students will prepare for the national exam, entry into the workforce, and will hear from board certified Health Coaches and other professionals how health coaching is included in their work. Prerequisite: HLTH 3860.

Evaluation and assessment will be based on readings, videos, assignments, discussion boards and a final project.
