Section Description
This class is an introduction to creative writing with a focus on the techniques of writing poetry, creative nonfiction, and screenwriting. The classes are organized around the discussion of student work and weekly writing assignments and prompts.
Section Expectation
This class is asynchronous so students can work at their own pace. There will be deadlines throughout the course for submission of work.
Evaluation
This class is run as a writing workshop so students will be expected to read peers' work and also submit their own work for constructive feedback.
