About EDSC 3570 A
Designed for students interested in becoming mathematics educators. Focuses on mathematics teaching and learning at the middle and secondary level. Students will explore ways of probing student understanding, identify and evaluate best practices for instruction, and will examine issues of diversity and equity in the classroom.

Secondary MAT and Undergrad students; Minimum Jr standing; Prereq for MATs: EDSC 5207, 5209, 5215, 5216; Coreq/prereq for Undergrad: EDSC 1110, 2070, 2090, 2150, 2160, 2570. Online and In-Person components, specific dates TBD; Open to Degree and PACE students.
