Section Description
Welcome to “Experience Russian”! Over the course of the semester, you will engage in a variety of events that will enhance your understanding and appreciation of Russian language and cultures. Through this course, you will have the opportunity to experience Russian through a variety of interactive contexts, e.g. cooking group meals, reading trending news stories, going on excursions, hearing from guest speakers, participating in celebrations, learning traditional songs and dances, etc. In all of these contexts, Russian will be encouraged and, depending on your level of proficiency, will be the primary medium of expression for discussing everything from personal interests to political and cultural matters.
