Section Description
This course focuses on corporate financial theory and practice with company and stock valuation as the background narrative. We will review the CAPM and cost of capital. We will study how capital structure theory and practice, dividend policy theory and practice, and sources of long-term financing are related to corporate value. We will also study how these ideas are used in discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation models.
