Guaranteed Admission Program

The University of Vermont’s Guaranteed Admission Program (GAP) offers Vermont high school graduates who need additional academic work prior to enrolling at UVM, as well as nontraditional adult learners and Veterans the opportunity to demonstrate their academic readiness, earn college credit, and ultimately enroll in an undergraduate degree program at UVM.

After successfully completing a series of approved college courses and one-on-one sessions with an academic advisor, you will be positioned for guaranteed admission into the UVM undergraduate program of your choice (excluding the College of Nursing and Health Sciences).
