Section Description

This class provides an atmosphere for you to practice resting deeply inside of your own body. Every class includes postures with props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) and thematic material to reflect on in your journal. I will offer plenty of invitational cues and practices that engender nervous system regulation and relaxation. You can expect to rest, write, and relax.
