Section Description
This course is designed to provide students with an introduction to ethical leadership skills, theoretical and practical issues in organizational leadership and change management. This includes the rationale for change, and why change succeeds or fails in creating an inclusive environment. It is now widely accepted that organizational performance does not depend only on the utilization of tangible resources, but also various forms of leadership styles broadly and ethical leadership specifically.

How do we practice ethical leadership when working with people from diverse cultures, identities, and backgrounds while creating the changes we want happily? Join us to decode, unravel, and disentangle this knot ethically together.
