About EDFS 1010 OLR
Students will investigate the multi-faceted concepts of identity, racism, and the dynamics of power, privilege, and oppression in the United States.

Section Description
This course provides fundemental framing of the constructs of race and racism in the United States. We will explore these topics through an intersectional and critical lens.
Section Expectation
This is an Asynchronous course, meaning we will not meet in person on campus. We will engage on line without meeting face to face. You will be expected to move through the modules presented on your own. Office hours with your instructor is encouraged.
Evaluation
You will be assessed on your ability to engage with the weekly online discussions, modules and book groups.
