Section Description
This class is a platform for you to learn a number of different meditation styles and techniques. The semester's progression is designed to support you in cultivating awareness, understanding the nature of your mind, developing qualities of the heart, and increasing focus, concentration and inclusivity. After each technique is practiced you will be given the chance to reflect and integrate. Through your direct experience you can identify which technique is most suitable for you going forward, if you choose to keep practicing. There will be teachings about meditation from myself and other practitioners in the field (via YouTube) but primarily the class is doing the ‘work’ and sitting together.
