About PEAC 1131 A
Provides students with the opportunity to promote their personal health and wellness through participation in the Campus Recreation offerings. Self-paced and includes student reflection on establishing fitness goals, regular work routine, and identifying strategies to overcome challenges.

Section Description
This class is graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. To receive a passing grade, students must participate at least 30 times in Campus Recreation offerings. Campus Rec offerings include utilizing the fitness center/indoor track & courts/upper track, MAC facility, bouldering wall, intramural sports, group fitness classes, and drop-in sports (please note that there are program fees for intramural sports and group fitness classes). There is no limit as to the number of times someone can participate, although it is recommended that students participate in a variety of offerings/activities, it is not a requirement. This class is great for regular participants who are looking for an additional credit or students who are new to fitness and would like an incentive to become physically active.
Evaluation
To pass students must participate at least 30 times in Campus Recreation offerings.
