Vigorous workout three days a week designed to build both upper body strength and aerobic ability. Open to all First-Year/ Sophomore students.

Section Expectation

Attend class at least two of the three days offered per week; participate in exercises, movements, and drills; attempt the Army Combat Fitness Test (do not need to complete/pass).

Evaluation

Classroom participation and a final Army Physical Fitness Test attempt determine student grades.
