Special Group Registration Rate
To save even more on the conference, register 3 or more individuals together from your institution. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must register at the same time with a single payment. This rate does not expire with the Early Bird Date.
Group Rate $625 (3 or more from same institution; one payment, one registration)
Student Rate
Full time graduate students pay only $350. To confirm your student status, please fax or mail a copy of your student ID card.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute without penalty. Refunds, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be made only if a WRITTEN NOTICE is received by September 23, 2012. This policy applies to all conference services, including extra reception tickets, any pre-conference and post conference workshops, etc.
