Prepares students to become Emergency Medical Technicians. Each student must successfully complete all of the requirements prior to sitting for the certification exam. Pre/Co-requisite: HLTH 003.

CDE students only even after level restrictions removed; Degree students enroll in HLTH 153 B; Must have BCLS Certification prior to first class. This hybrid course meets in person on the following dates: 1/29 & 30; 2/26 & 27; 3/26 & 27; 4/23 & 24 and 4/30 & 5/1; Lab fee: $600
