This seminar is an opportunity to explore emerging topics, themes, and questions that are at the heart of leadership, learning, and sustainability. The course is designed to offer students a chance to engage with pre-designed learning modules from the Leadership for Sustainability Program curriculum, to collaboratively design new modules based on emerging questions/inquiry, and to thoughtfully reflect on their own learning and leadership practices.
The sustainability seminar is divided into three phases that allow you to choose from pre-existing modules and explore new essential questions/topics that are emerging for you. This seminar is designed to provide structure/scaffolding of a seminar course while offering each student the flexibility to explore questions, topics, and themes that are especially relevant to their own leadership practice. There are no official synchronous sessions during this course, but students are expected to collaborate and meet as appropriate for their learning goals and objectives.
