Section Description

This course is a programmatic requirement for all students in the Leadership for Sustainability program. This course is the culmination of the first-year core curriculum and builds on previous content from NR311: Leadership for Sustainability (and the Shelburne residential), NR312: Power, Privilege and Working Across Difference (and the DC residential) and NR388: Ecological Leadership Seminar. Students will have the opportunity to integrate these concepts and skills through a variety of learning experiences.

Section Expectation

The course will include a variety of experiential learning experiences to bring rigorous practice and critical conversations to the integration of ecological leadership practices, principles, skills, and theoretical frameworks. Students will have the opportunity to examine their own alignment and leadership practice in this changing context as part of their integration process.
