Distance learning students must register online and pay by credit card at the time of registration.
Payment Policy
All program fees must be paid by June 19, 2009 in order for you to participate.If full payment is not received by this date, your registration will be canceled and you will forfeit all payments received to date. Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee, will be made only if written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the workshop start date. Requests made less than 30 days before the start date will not be honored. Email does constitute written notification.
