Vermont Non-Degree Grants

Any Vermonter enrolled in a non-degree course that will improve employability or encourage further study is eligible to apply for a Vermont Non-Degree Grant. Applications are available at Vermont Department of Labor offices, vocational center, other schools, and VSAC. UVM's Financial Aid Office - For Continuing Education Students

Students who wish to apply for financial aid through UVM will need to complete a FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid) form - also available online from UVM's Financial Aid Office or VSAC (Vermont Student Assistance Corporation) . In addition, The UVM Office of Continuing Education will need to send an Intent to Enroll form to Financial Aid.

We encourage applicants who are currently employed by a school district to contact your supervisors or Directors of Special Education for potential financial support for this program, as you will gain valuable knowledge and skills for use in your current employment.
