Mark Youndt, Ph.D.

Mark Youndt is an assistant professor of management at Skidmore College. He also teaches in the University of Connecticut's Executive M.B.A. programs. Youndt has a B.A. in management and economics from Gettysburg College, an M.B.A. from Rollins College and a Ph.D. in management and organization from Pennsylvania State University. Youndt has won numerous teaching awards for his courses in general management, strategic management and financial statement analysis.

Rocki-Lee DeWitt, Ph.D.

Since joining the UVM faculty as dean of the School of Business Administration, Rocki-Lee DeWitt has been busy building linkages between students, faculty, alumni and the community. she is committed to building an intensely personal educational experience designed to develop the next generation of business leaders.

DeWitt has received numerous teaching awards and has discussed teaching innovations at multiple national conferences. Her research on downsizing and restructuring has been published in top-tier journals.
