TUITION & FEES

Credit
If you are participating in this program for 3 college credits, your tuition will depend on your status as either an in-state student ($1173) or out-of-state student ($2964).  In addition, there is a required $30 Comprehensive Fee for all Credit students.  More about comprehensive fees can be found here

Vermont High School students may be eligible for free or reduced tuition through the Dual Enrollment and Academically Talented High School Programs.  Please note, participation in these programs is limited and requires a separate application process.  Click here for more information on these programs.

Non-Credit
The not-for-credit program cost is $900.

Program Fee

A Program Fee of $135 will be added to each student’s tuition (both credit and non-credit).  The Program Fee covers many amenities of the program, including guest instructional expenses, admission to the Barbecue following the Recital on Saturday, June 27, a DVD recording of the entire Recital mailed to each participant’s home address, and all course materials.

Note: For any registration received after June 12, 2009, the Program Fee will be $185 to accommodate a $50 Late Registration Fee.

Housing
For 2009, all Housing will be through Summer Academic Housing.  Rates and other information may be found on their website

Meals
For 2009, there are three different options for meals:

Breakfast $30
Includes all breakfast meals Monday, June 22 – Saturday, June 27.
Suggested for students staying on-campus through Summer Academic Housing. 

Lunch $50      
Includes all lunch meals Monday, June 22 – Saturday, June 27.
           
Lunch & Dinner $100 
Includes all lunch and dinner meals Monday, June 22 – Friday, June 26
and lunch on Saturday, June 27.  Suggested for students staying on-campus through Summer Academic Housing.   

Parking Passes
A University of Vermont parking pass is required to park on-campus between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  If you are bringing a vehicle to the UVM campus during these times, you will need to purchase a parking pass and park in the appropriately designated areas.  A one-week pass for a credit commuting student is $5.  A one-week pass for a credit residential student is $9.  A one-week pass for a non-credit student (whether commuting or residential) is $12.  All passes include parking for the duration of the program - Sunday, June 21 - Saturday, June 27. 

A note for commuter students:  The building will be open by 8am each morning.  Program staff will be on-site by 8:30am.  Please plan to arrive at 8:30am, in order to start the Group Warm-up promptly at 8:45am.
