Cmty Dev & Apld Econ: Careers in Marketing
CDAE 095 WQ6 (CRN: 14919)
In this course students will learn in a general way about a variety of careers in social marketing, socially responsible marketing, public relations, and related fields. Students will read about various types of marketing, research marketing opportunities with businesses of interest to them, and reflect through writing potential career paths they hope to follow in the future. The final product will include a self-assessment on the skills and knowledge they currently possess, as well as need to acquire, to position themselves for a professional career in marketing.
