Happiness, Mindfulness and Health Promotion This course includes research and skill development in the areas of happiness and mindfulness. Content will also focus on clinical health outcomes in co-occurring disorders - both psychological and physical. Experiential skills practice activities will be offered. Students participation in these activities is optional.
