Have you ever had a dream idea and wondered if it would be developed into a business idea? This course provides a great opportunity to help everyone to learn more about the business planning using your own ideas, including: to identify market opportunities for products/services; to learn about market information and market research methods; to define target market and target customers; to design management and operation structures; to apply for necessary paperwork; to collect financial data for start up and operations; to forecast financial outcomes; and to look for funding and investors. The class format focuses on action-oriented learning and activities besides readings, discussions and assignments. The instructor hopes to bring a broader understanding of business planning into your heart and daily life using a safe, comfortable, and interactive learning environment.
