Reviews special problems in the management of human resources in a global economy. Focuses on cultural differences, a comparison of labor-management systems in a number of countries, the role of multinational corporations, and the impact of foreign enterprises on employment practices in host countries. Prerequisites: BSAD 120; senior standing.
