Arts Management is an exciting field which encompasses everything from Museum and Gallery Management to Theatre to Musical Presentation. This course will focus on the business of PRESENTING THE PERFORMING ARTS. We will cover the topic from planning to marketing to logistics and operations focusing on University Presenters, (UVM Lane Series; Dartmouth Hopkins Center; Middlebury Center for the Arts; Festivals, (Rock, Jazz, Folk, and Classical) and Not for Profit Presenters (the Flynn Center, etc.)
