Level 3 is for students who desire more in-depth skills in Healing Touch, an energy-based therapeutic approach to healing, and have successfully completed Levels 1 and 2. Pre/co-requisites: HLTH 141 and HLTH 142.

Section Description

Prerequisites: HLTH 141 & 142 Course Description: Healing Touch Level 3 is for students who desire more in-depth skills in Healing Touch and have successfully completed Level 1 and Level 2. This course includes: development of Higher Sense Perception (HSP), working with guidance/intuition, self-healing, self-development, and advanced sequencing of healing techniques to expand your understanding of the human energy field and how it manifests in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. In learning the "art" of being a healer, you will create a deepened sense of sacred space and well-being for those you offer Healing Touch work. This class focuses on your development as a healer through self-care and pre-session practices.

Section Expectation

Course Objectives: The participant will: 1) Share your experiences using Healing Touch Level 1 and 2 techniques. 2) Learn advanced development of the healer practices and how using them will positively affect your life and practice. 3) Experience healing from three perspectives: practitioner, client, and observer/coach. This exercise is designed to help ground you in all the experiences you and your clients may have in a Healing Touch session. 4) Discuss energetic concepts. It is requested that you read Barbara Brennan's Hands of Light, (focusing on chapter 22) as well as chapter's 17 & 18 of Light Emerging before attending the Level 3 class for. 5) Be introduced to new energetic points within the physical body where the haric body, core star, tan tien, soul seat and point of individuation are located in the body, and why this is important to you as a healer. 6) Demonstrate a full healing sequence using new techniques, including: Chelation, Spinal Cleansing and working at the 5th, 6th, and 7th levels of the subtle body. 7) Discuss and practice connecting with universal energy and working with guidance/intuition (Benner, P. From Novice to Expert , The American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 82, No. 3 (Mar., 1982), pp. 402-407.) 8) Practice intuitive skills using Etheric Template Clearing 9) Learn the Lymphatic Drain, a technique critical in energetically assisting the lymph system in relieving congestion and generalized soreness and aching. This technique is recommended for certain immune system disorders and with cancer patients.


Course Assignments/Evaluation Methods: 1. Demonstration of Healing Touch level 3 techniques in class/class participation ? 50% 2. Completion of homework: a. Documentation of Healing Touch b. Self-Assessment 10% c. Development of a self-care plan including Hara, Chakra & Core Star Meditations 10% d. Documentation in a self-care journal ? what you did and didn?t do, what worked, what you noticed energetically about your self especially doing the Hara, Chakra & Core Star meditations.
