The Center for Leadership and Innovation at The University of Vermont offers open enrollment professional development short courses in full-day, half-day, evening formats and online. In addition, we have a significant Corporate Training business. Because of our continued growth, we are seeking additional experienced practitioner instructors in a variety of content areas such as communication, supervision, management, finance, customer service, sales, marketing, human resources, leadership, Project management, and teaming.
General Qualifications:

• Passion for helping adults develop their professional capabilities
• Ability to design effective learning, including participant materials, learning activities, and follow-up reinforcement strategies
• Demonstrated experience teaching professional development courses to adult learners
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
