Program for academically talented high school students.
This outreach initiative offers Vermont high school students the opportunity to enroll in UVM courses, gain academic credits, and receive a 50% in-state tuition discount.

Access to UVM summer and academic year courses will be on a space available basis with set registration periods. UVM online courses are also available through this program.
Interested high school students are required to submit an application and provide documentation regarding their academic ability including a high school transcript and endorsement from their guidance counselor. The application also certifies that the student has exhausted the high school's course offerings in a specific content area. Students interested in enrolling this summer in UVM Summer University, please contact Continuing Education at 802-656-2085. The Fall semester application deadline is August 15 and the Spring semester deadline is November 1.
The program is limited to students currently enrolled in high school in Vermont. Students who have graduated from high school do not have access to this program. Students will receive a UVM student identification card and will have access to the UVM library, computer labs, and other student services. On-campus parking is limited and requires a UVM parking permit.
